The author sought to describe what he learned, what he knows and has not forgotten, but he undoubtedly had the help and support of some of the current masters who encouraged him. If the teaching method used helps to understand the concepts, the author will be doubly happy. He therefore hopes that the Portuguese will keep this knowledge alive and develop it further, as we can only be proud of possessing our own highly developed technique.
